I use a lot of carrier and essential oils, and make most of my own skin products. Cliganic is a brand I trust. This particular rosehip seed carrier oil is my go-to. It's one of the oils in my nighttime blend, and on my desk to use during the day after I use facial mists.It has less of that strong rosehip scent that I'm not crazy about. It also gives perfect "slip" for doing gua sha.Rosehip seed oil is a "dry" oil, so it penetrates into the skin quickly, leaving skin hydrated and keeping my facial mist locked in better, and leaves skin dewy, but not greasy.If you have very dry or damaged skin I suggest mixing in a little neem or jojoba oil.

The media could not be loaded. This Rose Hip Oil feels so good on my face! I use a small amount around my eyes and on my neck and on my cuticles. It moisturizes so well and lasts a long time. It smooths out my fine lines and isn't sticky like some of the other oils I've tried. This brand's pricing isn't bad either, considering the Rose Hip Oil is usually pretty expensive. It only take a couple of drops to cover my face. I use it and night after my moisturizer and my skin looks soft and supple in the morning.

Tried this oil as I was trying to find something a bit cheaper than an organic rosehip oil that I love from Church California.This rosehip oil is nice as it is unscented, applies easily and does have a moisturizing effect. However I have noticed this oil leaves one's complexion with an oily look that, at least for me, lasts throughout the day.While this is an okay oil, this will be a one and done purchase for me. While the Church California rosehip oil is more expensive and not sold on Amazon, it's such a top notch oil that the higher price point is definitely worth it. Thought this could be a nice cheaper alternative but having used a higher quality oil already, it's just night and day.
