Always buy this chili seasoning in a big size. Perfect for chili in the colder season. It seasons well and chili always turns out good.

Makes great chili, good flavor and cheaper than purchasing in small pouches. Has the perfect amount of spice for our liking.

We LOVE this spice mix. I actually purchased it because I thought it was pure chili powder- which we use by the bucketful- but this was even better! This mix is perfect for any Mexican-inspired dishes. It works great as a read-to-go seasoning for chili, sure, but it's also great as a taco seasoning, fajita seasoning, as a topping on taco salad, or sprinkled on any type of meat. The spice mix tastes like a mix of chili powder, cumin, onion, and garlic. It is pretty mild- there is little spiciness to it. It's also quite savory, but not salty. I would actually add a little salt to my tacos with this seasoning. Even though we purchased this by mistake, this spice mix is so versatile, and yummy, we bought more! Now it's a staple spice in our house.

It's good. Works for my needs. I usually just use the individual ingredients and adjust as necessary, but I also like to keep a bottle of chili seasoning such as this on hand to give it a boost. Or as a starting base flavor.I wish the ingredient list just included the actual seasonings used. "Chili Pepper and Other Spices (Including Cumin), Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Onion, Salt, and Garlic." Just list what the "other spices" are.

This is. a bulk type item for chili spices. It is exactly as advertised and as expected.

I love McCormick spices and found this to be a cheaper option than buying individual packets.
