Great value gaming computer
I bought this to play WOW which it does very well along with POE. computer is fast and attractive. i love the case and the red backlit keys are springy and look cool. I love this computer. I have had quite a few Acer's over the years (monitors and laptops) and really like the brand.

Best bang for your buck laptop hands down
I got the computer 2 days before the expected date, set it up and the games I've tried to play so far (stranded deep, beaming, skyrim) all run on max setting very smoothly, I just downloaded SCUM and it plays great on medium/high. For the cost of this laptop you're getting something that will out perform pre built desktops in this price range, the laptop looks absolutely amazing with the black with rec accents and the fully backlit keyboard

Not a Great Laptop for Gaming
I purchased this computer back in 2020 and was pretty excited since it was my first gaming laptop.However, almost immediately i noticed speed issues when loading applications. It wasn’t too bad at firstly, but still noticeable. Over time performance just got worse and worse until I was unable to play anything, let alone fire up YouTube and watch something on it.I was pretty disappointed that after 2 years I had to replace it. I know it wasn’t anything special, but I was hoping to get at least 4 years of use at bare minimum.If you’re looking to get an inexpensive gaming laptop I wouldn’t go this route and look elsewhere instead.

Great Value, Easy to Upgrade
I have had this computer for almost a year and have used it for school, work, and entertainment. This laptop did not have much trouble with VR Games or programming in Unity for VR. It is a great value for the money but will require some minor upgrades to make it functional and high performing. I upgraded the RAM to 16 GB and added a 256 GB SSD. The 1 TB HDD was great for storage, but not great for booting up and operating windows. There are many guides online for how to upgrade the laptop and so it wasn't too difficult.

Good computer, good price
Got this for my grandson as a graduation present. He picked it out, staying within my price range. He is 100% satisfied with it and will be taking it to college in the fall. It also doubles as a gaming computer. Hope he does more studying than gaming on it!

Great gaming PC
Purchased this laptop for my 15 year old son for gaming and school work. We’ve had it for 3 months. So far no issues, easy to setup, son says it’s fast and has had no issues with any gameplay.

Not for large hands
The palm of my left hand touches the touchpad as I type. This creates a #^*%#* host of problems. What an idiot design.

Returned..
I gave it 3 stars for the pure fact that the customer service was good and I was able to return it and choose between a full refund or replacement. I chose refund. This computer was bought for a couple simple games. After downloading them and playing for a couple days the whole computer stopped working. Tried doing a factory reset and it went completely black afterwards. I'm going to be looking for a new laptop and won't buy this one again.
