I love Cara, it’s such a relaxing herb and this is a great brand. I just wish the price was lower. I’m going to have to start making my own because I cannot afford to keep buying these. They are easy to make. You can research it online. To the seller, please consider lowering the price!

You get what you pay for.I have been using Kava for almost 2 months , both ground powder steeped and tincture. I was using “Herb Pharm” but thought I’d try this as it’s almost 1/3rd the price. I really wanted this to be as good, but I just can’t give this a good review, it’s almost “sweet”, which anyone who knows kava knows it’s not that. I can even squeeze some directly onto my tongue with no effect. My advice, as for myself, I’m going back to “herb pharm”, it might be 2&1/2 times the price, but I know it works.

I followed instructions exactly. Felt no effects. I took it with both food and no food. Still felt nothing. I then took one dose, waited one hour then took another dose, still nothing. Did work for me and seeing is how it is considered "a food" it was non-refundable. Another life lesson learned

Strong stuff, one a day is it . Works good.
