I started taking liposamol glutathione exactly 4 weeks ago. I am 61 and bought it to help aging facial skin. I noticed a difference after only a week and people have commented how good my face looks. An unexpected benefit has been that my breasts have plumped and look more youthful.I can't recommend this product enough, it really does make a huge difference.I am not in any way affiliated with the product just a very happy older lady.

I ordered this bottle of liposmal glutathione from the Amazon brand HealthEssent. The list of active ingredients looks impressive with the lipsomal glutiathion provided in liposmal form for optimum bioavailiblity. A number of other supplements famed for the antioxidant properties are also included - that's Hyraluronic Acid, Collagen, and Alpha Lipoic Acid, all regularly spoken about in connection to skin care. In this instance, the proprietary blend is supplied in softgels, smaller than a capsule obviously, and you get 60 of these - or one month's supply - in a pack. There is no discernible taste to them.I've been taking the for a couple of weeks now and although I'm not getting any side effects, I'm not feeling many benefits either. Perhaps it is early days yet. I look forward to finding out in the days to come!

I am almost finishing my second bottle and, to be honest, I have noticed no change whatsoever to my skin and gut health.

The ingredients look great, a good variety of beneficial compounds. However, each softgel weighs 1.43g. So the ingredients plus the liposomal matrix plus the capsule shell must weigh that amount. So each capsule contains 900mg, 650mg of which is claimed to be L-Glutathione. 100mg of phosphatidyl choline, 75mg hyaluronic acid, 50mg collagen peptides, 25mg lipoic acid, 100mg vitamin C. For this to be liposomal, 100mg of PC is not enough to mix all those powders together, so evidently it must rely on vegetable oil which is in the ingredients. I know soft gels are quite heavy when empty, so given how much oil it must contain, I think the likelihood of each cap containing 650mg of GSH is extremely unlikely. Maybe they, like many others, mean 650mg of GSH with something else like the oil. Who knows. For this price, you would be insane to offer 650mg of GSH per cap as well. So I think likely the label is completely wrong.

I have been doing several skincare treatments while taking this supplement, so I am Not sure if it is this one working but my skin does get brighter after 1-2months. I also taking it for my thyroid
