Sturdy sharp heavy knife. Quality is first class. Good for finely cutting vegetables and boneless meat like chicken. I use it mostly for Chinese preparations which requires fine/thin cuts. I like it very much

A very good product. looks impressive. Little heavy which is good for the chopping & cutting, Its sharpness is a issue. But when you get it sharpen it remains sharp for a much longer period

Solimo is known for its low cost, premium quality products and this utility knife set is not an exception. I bought a 3 piece set since it’s more economical than the 2 pc set.The knives measures 9.5 inch with a 5 inch blade and a 4.5 inch triple-riveted handle. This size is neither too short nor too large for carrying out daily kitchen chores like slicing, dicing, cutting, etc. It’s entirely comfortable to grip the plastic over moulded handle that gives a good hold over the knife. It is also triple riveted for enhanced durability and strength.The 5 inch stainless steel blade is made of superior high-carbon material just like those found on the ultra-premium knifes. The blade comes moderately sharpened which is more or less good for nominal kitchen use but if you are used to a sharper blade like me then you need to get it sharpened. Nonetheless, the blade is very thick and can last many sharpening routines.Overall, I can say that this is the best value for money knife set I have bought but will need a frequent sharpening to get the best out of it.

Beautiful quality, knife shaped excellent, handle is comfortable but knife edge is damaged. Looks like a returned piece. Packaging also looked like it has been tampered with. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it so I am keeping it... but I am disappointed.

I bought this on a whim after snapping my previous (cheap) knife while using it. I wanted a full tang knife, which wouldn’t snap like that. And it shouldn’t rust after being washed, which is a common occurrence for many cheap kitchen knives. And a bit of heft would be nice.And this met all those parameters. I no longer have to worry about a wayward blade breaking in my hand. Nor does it rust in the water. Sharpening it once a week is all it needs to remain in good shape. I’ve not used a better knife at this price point.

Can be used for veg and meat. Can be easily sharpened. Overall good value for money
