Good dock station.
works as expected, has a widely variety of ports, allowed me to connect my two monitors with no issues. I added one fan to keep it cool, but that is optional.

Will not power Dell Laptop
Make sure this is what you need. Overall, this worked great, but it will not power my Dell Laptop. I had to return due to this.

Check compatibility
Couldn’t get video to work, may not be supported on my HP laptop. Went to manufacturer’s web site indicating not supported. Just wish that when looking at product details provided information from manufacturer’s web site when I was purchasing was easy available. USB and Ethernet ports work fine. Seller refunded.

Need USB-C and HDMI to power and view on portable monitor.
I am admittedly technologically challenged. At first I was very disappointed and couldn't find anything online. I have two KYY portable monitors and was trying to hook up to my Lenova. When I plug the monitors direct into my laptop ports it worked with just the USB-C cable. No additional cables needed, but it tied up my only USB-C ports. So eventually I ran out of battery. The dock works perfect if you know how to work it. You have to hook up the USB-C direct to the C ports on the dock, the power for the laptop goes to the DP C port. This way the monitors and the laptop wil charge. Then you plug the two monitors in with HDMI. My monitor came with HDMI mini to HDMI cable. Taddaaa!!! It worked perfect. I can charge the laptop and monitors and can view on three screens. I can also add mouse and headphones if they are wired. This thing rocks if you know how to hook it up! Hope I save some people some frustration and time.

DO NOT BUY
Return window closed on March 6 and the 1st usb port stopped working on March 10. Wasn't a big deal at the time because it went to my mouse and I just moved it to the adjacent port, which stopped working on March 12. Great! Both usb ports do not work and I am back to directly plugging my mouse in to my computer. Complete junk and a waste of $40! DO NOT BUY

This is a Life Saver!
Operating with a MacBook Pro with only two C-Ports can cause a lot of frustration, being able to have this docking station way smoother, and also the fact that I was able to push imagery through to have another monitor made data transfer and filing a lot easier...What I simply do, is dedicate one monitor to one external drive anduse my laptop screen (monitor) to another external drive and simply drag and drop across the screens. the moment I have transferred all the files to the external monitor I then know that all my files have safely been backed up, and I then proceeded to delete everything off of the laptop side...Docking stations are powerhouse and it has been able to keep up with my demands, which was well over transferring 400 to 500 GB in one drag and drop motion, total I have backed up over 4 TB and I use one connected monitor through this and then one through airplay and I would have to say that the picture quality and fluidity of this docking station is much better
