A Must Add For Upper Body Workouts
This product is such a smart addition to any workout regimen!Wrist benefits :When you do a lot of rows, squats, deadlifts, hanging knee ups, straight bar curls, heavy dumbbell curls and lat pull downs, your grip can get worn down over time, and you are limited in how much you can actually lift by your grip strength.Improvements on first use :Enter this product. This product has allowed me to increase the weight I lift on dumbbells by about 5 lbs (45s). I have went up 40 lbs on my cable rows and lat pull downs (140, & 160) I also shrugged 75 lbs and I got in some high quality reps. I also could not do a lot of hanging knee raises due to grip, now I can do 4 sets of multiple reps without issue.Better Contraction On Muscles:More importantly I can feel the contraction more on the weights that I’m pulling in my muscles because of the added grip.Wrist Injury, Resumption of ActivitesI initially considered this product because I strained my wrist after a heavy day of lifting around 2 weeks ago and it takes forever for those to heal. This has enabled me to get back to my normal activities! I will never go to the gym without these products again!Considerations:For old school gym goers, consider this, this may seem like cheating your grip strength, but the gear and testosterone enhancers most people take are also enhancers. The overall goal of working out should be to take preventative measures to protect your ligaments and joints from wearing down while continuing to be consistent in going to the gym.Plus, you can always train wrists and forearms separately .Conclusion:If you are a serious fitness enthusiast who also works a full time job and can only go to the gym on weekends or a few times a week (3-4), definitely consider getting these. The strength benefits will come a lot faster.I will post photos at a later time as an update.

Great value
The media could not be loaded. These hooks really have expanded the number of workouts I can do. As an upper limb amputee I can now deadlift and various laterals and other pulling exercises. Definitely the best purchase I’ve made to help with my strength training journey!

Helps hand pain and grip problems
The hooks are well coated and anti slip to prevent harm to equipment. Works well for things where the hands are straight. Not for angled things like some types of weight machines. My fingers are double jointed and bend back sometimes so I tried this to transfer force to the wrists. Seems to help. Straps show some wear already but they weren’t expensive.

Forearm Relief!
I bought these for shrugs with dumbbells. The relief my forearms get from these straps is unmatched. I have a set of your typical wrist straps that are still good for certain applications, but I really like using these with dumbbell exercises.

I got two right grips
They fit great and very functional due to the thickness and durability. However I was sent two right straps making it fit uncomfortably.

Worked great until broke
Lasted about 3 months. They worked really well until the nylon strap around the hooks broke. Used on floor squat as hands could not keep grip on handles with > 300lbs. These allowed me to use up to 360lbs. But the nylon straps around the metal hooks was the weak point.

Nice Gym Grips
These work well for chin ups, T bar rows, and one arm barbell rows.
