Robust quality and performance
Using voltas since last 8 years and no issue with Voltas AC. Excellent product and quality.Cooling is good and provided at lower price on Amazon. Even less thean store.

Bad service to waranty
Title: Extremely Disappointed with Voltas AC and Poor Service**I purchased a Voltas AC from Amazon, and within just 4 days of use, it stopped working. I promptly registered a complaint with Voltas, and they assured me that the necessary part would arrive and the AC would be fixed within 4-5 days. It has now been 12 days, and there has been no progress or communication from Voltas regarding the repair.This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Not only am I left without a functioning AC in the summer heat, but the lack of timely service and response from Voltas is unacceptable. I expected much better from a reputed brand like Voltas.I am highly disappointed with both the product and the service. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.

Very bad and delayed installation service
Got AC delivered 5 days back, but still no sign of AC installation from the company. Customer care of Voltas have no updates. Their service centre do not answer phone calls. Truly regret purchasing AC from Voltas.

Always buy Indian product. Buy it on Tata Neu . Loved this Voltas ac. Much better than other competitors like LG , Samsung etc.

Jis din s aaya h 10 bar engineers aa chuke h kuchh n kuchh baar baar problem dikha ra h. Bnd ho jata h apne aap chlte chlte fr 3-4 din engineers aane m lete h or uske baad fr 2 din chlta h fr bnd… worst product I’ve ever purchase. Showing E1 code again and again. 😡😡
