Steer clear - terrible. I thought they would be like in England, was like eating rubber. Sorry.

Q: Why do half the reviews report dry, moldy,or rubbery and the rest say they are wonderful?

Because half of the people got good ones and the other half got bad ones.

Q: How many crumpets per pack?

I have a package in hand that has 8 crumpets in it. I remember some confusion about that when I ordered then and ended up with more crumpets than I expected. I think they offer different size packages to add to the confusion.
