I had 3 or 4 on my half marathon, worked great no issues, i like the taste pretty plain with a sugary sweetness to it, i ended up 1:52.19my prior was 2:13 so its definitely an improvement lol :) deffo recommend would use again

Used for fuelling during triathlons. Taste good without taste being overpowering after several hours.Always practice your fuelling in training.Good carb content. Would recommend.More carbs than High 5 but slightly down compared to Mauten gels

This is probably my favourite gel on the market. It's easy on the stomach, has 30g of cards and has the only useful sachet (easy to open with sweaty hands) out of any gel. But they are expensive, really expensive.I run 5 days a week and need to fuel on most of them but using these gels would cost me a fortune. I'm not sure what the margin is on each sachet but it's probably costing more for the packaging than the actual gel.
