Calms our dogs when they are overactive and emotionally jacked up.
We use it to calm our dogs when they are having emotional outbreaks. When their nails are being trimmed or when a thunder storm rages, or when deer taunt them, or when a coyote howls, they go nuts. A drop of this liquid on a piece of treat calms then quite well.

Works for me
I’ve tried many different types of sleep aids and either they don’t work or I feel drugged in the morning. I am able to count on at least 5 hours of continuous sleep and able to return to sleep if I require a bathroom break- sometimes with a few drops more. It is pricey but lasts a long time.

Given to a friend as a gift but I've been very happy with various Rescue Remedy products over the years

Not sure it works
I didn’t notice any difference in my sleep pattern to be honest. Great idea but I am not sure it works as well as advertised

This really did not do anything for me to decrease anxiety or help me sleep. The taste was pleasant enough, just not for me.
