Excellent for hiking boots
I purchased these to add a little more cushion to my Oboz hiking boots. No trimming was necessary for a size 8. I wear professionally made custom orthotics in my work shoes, and have had Achilles tendinitis. These are soft, but offer excellent support for my heels. The arch is more neutral which I like. So far, I’ve walked 5 miles in them, and they are wonderful!

Saving my hard earned money.
Worth the money! I bought 2 pairs and it feels like I have 2 brand new pairs of walking shoes! No more knee pain and I’m saving money. In the past I would buy a new pair of walking shoes. Who would’ve guessed!! Inserts!

Great so far!
I purchased these for my 11 yr old daughter. She complained of heel pain when playing basketball. I took out the cheap soles in her Air Jordan's and replaced with these and the pain is now gone!
