I have bought three 'renewed' computers now from Amazon.Having a little knowledge about pcs, I knew that I was buying old workplace/office computers. They are basic and will get you on line to do various tasks and will cope with zoom etc.I have upgraded all the machines that I have purchased to let them perform a little better and cope with some light gaming (always check what the system requirements of a game are before purchasing).All the machines were upgraded with new memory (two to 32gb and one to 16gb), SSD drives (500gb internal) and internal wi-fi & Bluetooth cards.Two received graphics cards (MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1050Ti 4GT LP Graphics Cards) and new monitors.All have performed as expected and still are three to four months later. The two with graphics cards are coping with most games but always make sure the system parameters are met.All in all these have been good purchases, kept the cost down (even with the upgrades) compared with having to buy three new desktop pcs or laptops with the same specs.

I cant comment on games as I dont play pc games. I bought this primarily for my small grandkids to use. They are 6 and 7 and working in word processing and getting the hang of copy, pasting etc. But it comes with Windows and its programs pre loaded. Arrrived in excellent condition . Took 20 mins to set up... comes with usb wifi adaptor... fully funcional no problems. Very Happy.

Product was very well packaged and arrived on time, had an issue a few months later with the PC and contacted compu clear.Correspondence was great and they sent me a postage slip to return it.A week later new replacement arrived to my delight, I all good so far and would recommend this company.

The price is appealing for sure but the supplier obviously has no quality control in place. Machine arrived dusty and with the side panel ajar, I could deal with that. What I can't excuse is the faulty VGA lead it came with that caused horrendous ghosting on the screen. Surely any competent company testing their products before shipping would have noticed this. To add to the disaster that was this purchase it came with no WiFi adaptor as promised, the keyboard and mouse are so terrible id prefer not to have them and the monitor is 4:3 when the image clearly shows something totally different. They must have picked these right up from the local tip and shipped them out. Hard drive also sounds like its an old drive and about to stop working I dare to even think about looking at S.M.A.R.T to see the 15k hours its been in use for.Wouldn't buy again. Won't be buying again.

Value for money? Depends on what value means. Broken mouse due to box completely forced in and bent. Monitor shows damage front and back. Plug earth pin bent and packaging not the best. Machine is as described. Sent email to seller via amazon and email has bounced according to Amazon.UPDATE seller contacted me saying they will send our replacement parts. As of today nothing has been delivered.UPDATE replacement keyboard received again box bent and keyboard damaged causing enter key to stick. Cheap tat

For less than £100 i got the desktop, monitor, keyboard and a mouse! It took me 10 minutes to plug it all in and set it up and 10 minutes to set up my Windows account and it works PERFECTLY! I have looked all over and honestly I can't see any marks at all! I am totally shocked at how good this is at that price! This is by far the best purchase I've ever made! I VERY HIGHLY recommend! This was a birthday present for my son and next week I'm buying myself and my daughter 1, that's how impressed I am :-) very happy!

This pc has and i5 3470 wich is a starter point for gaming i am going to upgrade it to a gtx 1050ti for gaming but the monitor only has vga and the grahic card has dvi (d-link) and hdmi aswell as a display port but none of em are compatable so i ordered a hdmi to vga converter so it can connect to the monitor.overall its really good one of my friends has also ordered this and says its perfect for bringing new life to older computers.Also for anyone wondering what ports it has it has a dvi d as well as a vga and a displayport. It can support s 1650 low profile edition maxinum.
