Helped my TSH numbers
This product is amazing. My stress level is practically next to nothing. I sleep better than I ever have in my entire life. My hair stopped shedding and my TSH of 5.85 went down to 5.15 in less than 3 months. With honest disclosure I do take another supplement as well, but I am thrilled. I will take this for the rest of my life. No side effects. Age 55 normal TSH for my age female 0.46-4.68 mIU/LUpdate 2/26/2023 I had my thyroid retested and is now in range at 2.73 my doctor twice wanted me on thyroid medication and I said no. Ashwagandha has restored my TSH. Feeling fabulous, hair is full, energy terrific and as mentioned before continued low anxiety/stress and still sleeping beautifully.

Allergic Reaction - Awful Itchy Hives!
This might work well for many people - but for me, every time I took a pill, I got horribly itchy hives, mostly all down the back of my legs. I stopped taking it and the hives stopped....but then took some melatonin with Ashwagandha in it and the hives and itching returned......so now I know that Ashwagandha messes with me. It also seems to mess with my thyroid levels....creating hyperthyroidism. So maybe it's not this product particularly - maybe just Ashwagandha in general. But I hope that my experience will help someone else out who has similar reaction.

Seems to be working
I have been using this for couple of weeks. I am taking 2 caps a day once upon rising and the other before bed.I have definitely felt an energy boost and I think it is working as well for other kind of energy that is grounded to your base chakra. (If you know what I mean?!)Also feel more rested every morning!I will be buying a new bottle as soon as this one finishes and I will update my progress with it here again.
