For a company who’s supposed to be associated with top quality products, especially in the field of router components, this was a huge disappointment! The plate looks and feels great. The insert rings and/or the locking configuration is a disgrace! Once they’re tightened they protrude above the plate! Almost half of the ring sits proud above the plate because of the way the ring locks into it. The design is completely flawed! It seems Jessem has known about this for quite some time and has never done anything to fix it. They rather go on to building more complex contraptions that look all shiny and nice and then they try to convince us that we really need them and want to charge a ton of money for it!! No thanks!! Jessem will never get any more of my money! What a waste of time!

I will be using this plate for my custom made router table, I have to say it is a very good product. I have purchased Jessem tools in the past and they can take a lot of use with out failing.
