BE KOOOL Soft Gel Sheets Adult 4 CT (Pack of 2)

I wish I could buy these by the case, if I could my house would be filled with them. I suffer with chronic sinusitis, which required three surgeries, and allergies, either of the two give me really bad headaches, or I end up with a migraine. The gel sheets feel so good on my forehead when I apply one, they get cool and stay cool when applied to my forehead, and will either get rid of the headache or it will come down to a easy to deal with level. I recently had bronchitis, ran a fever and had a really bad headache, the gel sheets were a God send as far as comfort goes. Also, they make it possible to either don't take medication or they help reduce the amount that would be taken for a headache of fever. Whether they work like this for every one or just me, please, please use or at least give the gel sheets a try, you will not be disappointed with them.

Been using these for years & only recently found these in bulk on Amazon. They’re great for headaches, to cool down a sunburn, insect bite, a skin based allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) or a bruise. An airport passenger bruised her arm so her husband or boyfriend rushed to get a cold bottle of water. I placed a few of these on the area & they functioned fine. How many ice packs can you mold around bruises & have to hold? These have an outer frame adhesive layer.Doesn’t ooze or leak.RECOMMEND: Buy a few, I did.

I've loved these since I was a kid. I get headaches very often and I'm glad I have something that sticks to my forehead so I can turn in bed without having to reposition it every time. I tried refrigerating these in the box and they were so cold they hurt and I had to let them warm up before using them. I'll put them in the fridge to reuse them (box says maybe don't reuse them but it's fine). Not a fan of the menthol in them, though. Gives me a hot sensation rather than a cold one.Overall a good product.

I like these cooling strips I just wish the ingredients were stronger and I wish they stuck to my forehead better and for longer. I do really like how cold they get the colder the better when migraines strike. Their so easy to apply and I know I'm glad I have them now ahead of the summer heat we'll have during the summer months bcus these will help keep my forehead nice and cold when migraines strike. I just wish that there were stronger ingredients in it like having peppermint oil added to this product I think would enhance the pain relief. I apply peppermint oil to my temples and forehead/back of my neck and shoulders let it dry and let it dry & add the strip it helps with migraine pain, I just wish it would stick to my forehead for longer than 4 hrs. I've even applied the strip without me putting peppermint on my temples and forehead and they still only stick for about 4 hrs I just move it a little and it resticks for about 2 or 3 more hours. I do recommend having this product in your arsenal of migraine headache toolbox everything helps. I would buy them again to have as a backup plan for migraine pain relief

These gel patches are amazing! Each one lasts about 8 hours and is easy to stick on and peel off without any pain or irritation. This feels just like putting an ice pack or cool washcloth on your head which can help when you have a migraine or headache but without having to deal with a wet washcloth or melting ice.Because they stick to your skin it's easy to put it on your head, neck, or shoulder and leave it there. If you are lying down you don't have to worry about it falling off or causing discomfort or needing to balance it just right in order to stay on. This is really helpful when you have a migraine and need to lie down.In addition to putting it on my head, I've also used this to relieve shoulder pain. It can be worn discreetly under my clothing and the gel really does stay cold for 8 hours. I tell everyone I know about these now!

These headache patches are one of the only things that help when I'm in the middle of a batch headache or migraine. Sometimes tylenol and advil only do so much for a headache. I've used aromatherapy oils for headaches but they can be too strong. I love these patches. My only complain is that they are bit expensive (they sholud give you at least 10 of these for like $10-$15 tops) and you can't get them anywhere but online. I used to be able to get them at Walgreens but they stopped getting them.Highly recommended for headaches also if you have a fever or have hot flashes or just wanna cool down and relax.

I suffer from severe migraines and have been using these patches for years. They are game changers. Ice packs can be a pain- temp is too harsh to direct skin contact, but if you wrap it you can’t get the cool relief you desire. Plus you have to hold it on your head. When I have a migraine I want to curl up in a ball with my hands over my eyes.These patches stick to your forehead and do not loose their stickiness. I’ve slept a full night with them. They do not get rid of my migraines on their own but they do provide that cooling relief. I cannot live without these. Amazon has the best deal I’ve found.**Tip: cut them in half to get your moneys worth. I find that I do not need the entire strip to get the desired relief. Make sure you put the unused part back in the bag and seal or they will dry up.

Initially it works great but it does heat up rather quick. I found that those old fashioned sac ones you fill with ice and screw on the lid are what works and lasts the longest. I had really high hopes for this so I'm disappointed. I gave it 3 stars bc I found it to be a great idea and in a pinch you can use them until you can get to bed or to that old sac.
