Energy Too
It seems to boost my energy when I use it. I tried other brands. But I feel energized with this one. I guess that means the vitamins and minerals are working right? I prefer the lime/lemon flavor

Excellent for rehydration
I have to add a tad bit of stevia because it's slightly bitter tasting.

I always add to twice the recommended liquid just to eliminate any strong flavor or sweetness of these types of powders. I like the Vitamin C boost in it and the taste is very moderate. Good pricing and pretty fast shipping. I like it.

A great option for electrolytes with the added bonus of trace minerals. A subtle lemon-lime flavor that is easy to take down. I brought them with me on an overseas trip to make sure I was getting the hydration and nutrients that I needed. Will buy again!
