Thing works great
Like this because since it's not hard leather, it's comfortable brand new. I was questionable because it's not leather, but the belt does provide great support regardless. This has helped a lot with deadlifting. Used to be 3 plates on each side would strain my back a little. The belt has helped me increase that and go heavier with no back strain. Wish I bought it years ago when I started lifting. Would recommend this to anyone. Price isn't bad either. Made with quality materials.

Great product odd sizing
I have been using this product for a few weeks now and found it to be quite comfortable and supportive. I think it is not as supportive as a quaility leather belt but I find it to be far more comfortable then leather. This is nice for leaving it on as I move from one excersize to another. I did not find any problems with the velcro ever becoming undone. The smaller front and larger back allow me to wear it both when I would do bench as well as squat excersizes. I have never needed an XL before but I am glad I didn't settle on a large. I wear a 32 to 34" pant size and I wear this slightly higher then my pants/shorts but just under my navel. I wear a 18 mens shirt or a 48 to 50 size mens coat so I have a undside down triangle or trapazoid shape so guys that are any larger may have a hard time getting this to fit. As for the small size I can only imagine that it would be for very small women (size 0-2) or children.

I Made the Right Choice
It is precisely as described. My waist is about 41", and the hook&loop overlaps a perfect amount to allow proper tightening with plenty of adjustment room in both directions. It would be inaccurate to state that "the moment I put it on I felt the difference!" Or "this thing changed my life!" Rather, I expect one would need to wear it religiously [when working out] for a period of several weeks before being in a position to make any sort of dramatic assertions as to its benefit(s). That said, I *strongly* believe that a belt that provides a rigid panel of low back support can only be a good thing. And for those who suffer from lumbar pain - well - I presume its potential advantages far outweigh its DISadvantages.I will try it out for a few months and see.

Great for old men with Bad Backs
I broke my back (falling off a ladder - so don't do that, men) about 15 years ago. So I had an operation that resulted in a 3 or 4 inch steel brace on my backbone. I have constant pain, but I also need to exercise regularly. I had a "weight lifter" belt that I wore wen walking, but I it lacked support to ease the pain. This belt is superb. I wear it when exercise walking and have very little discomfort. I highly recommend it to those who need a good back support. (Yeah, and it holds your tummy in, too!)

Great support for female shape.
I’m a smaller female and was having a hard time finding a belt that didn’t gape at my waist while also providing lower back support. This design allows me to cinch the belt down at the smallest part of my waist and get really good lower back support. Highly recommend.

Sizing Is Off
Seems like it's sturdy for the price and good quality. But the sizing is off. Got the XL because I have a 38 inch waist, it barely fits me. It's on the very edge of the velcro so I'm not sure how this would fit someone with a 42 inch waist as their XL sizing claims. Just be warned, it may be tighter than they claim.

Great belt. Great price.
Good form fitting belt for a great price. I bought a Grizzly Medium off bodybuilding.com for same price and got a Medium (28-37") and it was a bust as I am a 33" waist and the fit was too constricting and unwearable. Got this in a large in hopes that it would fit even after a bad cheat day...and it has never felt too tight. Also, complaints about the velcro confuse me because I have never had an issue with it and I do all sort of olympic lifts with this belt.

Could use improvement, but great value nonetheless
This works great, although the XL size is true, I feel like it should have a longer velcro strip. Sometimes the velcro gives out mid squat, but maybe it's just my belly lol. Otherwise it fits great and comfortable considering what it is meant to do.
