I am a geologist and am outdoors a lot--and rarely in idyllically warm conditions. These socks are great for keeping my feet warm and comfortable-even when I am standing on frozen ground for lengthy periods..

They do the job of keeping your feet warm during winter but I don't like that it leaves some lint on your feet. They are also thick, so if you barely fit into your shoes/boots/whatever with regular socks, these will definitely make it harder to fit into your footwear. If you just want these to wear around the house during the cold, then these are perfect!

I bought these for my husband since he works outside (we are from PA - winter months are harsh at times) and they keep his feet warm all day! Also they are not extremely thick, so they fit well in his steel toe work boots!

First off, they're not heated. Obviously. So don't listen to the complaints. But listen to this... they don't really hold up. As a welder/pipe fitter that works in the rockies and in the snow and cold all day, you don't want these. If you're walking your dog on a cold night then sure. But if you are looking for something to depend on keeping your feet warm for 10 hours in steel toe boots then just buy some REAL heated socks with a battery. Because these don't make the cut. Welding usually means hot hands. But when you wear mucks for 10 hours a day, you want warm feet too... these are almost a little better than wearing 2 pairs of socks. The fact that they advertise these the way they do has suburban dad that walks his wife's Yorkie around the block plastered all over them.P.S. I was given these. I would never buy this for myself.

This was a re-purchase, the socks do keep your feet warmer, material is soft, fits very well. I would recommend this product.

These socks kept sliding down and if you wear them to bed they will fall off. The knitting of the material was very loose and not tight which seemed to make the socks continue to get stretched out. I wore them to a night softball game in Vegas where the temperature was 37 degrees and I didn’t notice them be any warmer than a traditional pair of socks.

This isn't a fancy pair of socks, but it's definitely warm and thick!

These are very warm socks. I am on the never ending quest for good winter socks and these are great. I will buy them again.
