Krusteaz Hawaiian Sweet No Knead Bread Mix, Sweet Artisan Bread, Certified Kosher, 16-ounce Boxes (Pack of 12)

I’ve been buying this bread mix for quite a while for use in my bread machine. It’s the same price, with subscribe and save, as a loaf of bread from the store but so much fresher. I originally bought it based on ease of use and convenience, who doesn’t love fresh bread?The other day I found out it’s actually foolproof. I started a loaf in my bread machine and for some unknown reason the power went out on just the bread machine. I decided to plug it in to another socket and start over even though the bread dough was already mixed and gone through a rising cycle. It had actually risen to the top of the pan and I had no hope of getting a good loaf. I was more interested in testing the bread machine to make sure it wasn’t the problem.Turns out the bread dough was still good. Even with starting from the beginning it didn’t turn out doughy or tough. It actually produced an excellent loaf. I had no idea how long it sat but was pleasantly surprised that it worked out. I highly recommend this mix for ease of use, convenience and the fact that you can’t screw it up even when the bread machine inexplicably turns off mid cycle.

It is not as sweet as what you buy in the store, but for me that is a plus as I don't like things overly sweet. However, I use it in my bread machine and follow all instructions but it does not make a full 1.5 or 2.0lb loaf. Seems to only want to make a 1lb. But thats ok. It tastes great and I eat it regardless. lol.Enjoy.

This was so simple and delicious. I let it rise in my oven with the light on. Worked amazingly.

Our family loves these bread mixes. They are easy to make and taste great. HOWEVER, it took a while to figure out that the yeast packets provided with the kit are often duds. A lot of ruined and wasted bread until we figured out the yeast was not working. Now we replace the yeast that comes in the kit with Rapid Rise or Active Dry yeast from the grocery store. Save yourself a lot of wasted bread and don't use the included yeast.

The first time I made it, I followed the instructions. The bread was too flat and looked more like a ciabatta . I decreased the water to 1 cup the next time and the bread was wonderful. The bread has a nice sweetness and a good chew.

Nice product - easy to use in my breadmaker and comes out perfect every time.

The flavor was excellent however the multi-pack is not worth the price paid. They have a limited selection of flavors to choose from.
