US Navy Naval Academy Decal Sticker 3.8"

The decals that I received are low quality and do not look like the decal represented with the product, or like the actual USNA crest. The decals I received depict the ship in the same yellow/gold as the scrolls, torches and trident: the ship should be white. The lettering is done in a crude, thick font and is bare legible. As previously noted, the crest is printed on a white vinyl material that shows up when the decal is applied. Having reviewed the other customer comments, I believe that the seller has substituted this cheap, inferior item for a previous sku that was very, very nice. I purchased those last year, the seller was called "MilitaryBest". I can't find the MilitaryBest USNA decal on Amazon today. This USNA '73 grad will NOT be using these decals...guess I'll try the Alumni Association or the Mid Store.

I am very pleased with the quality of this decal. It is almost a bas-relief design -- let me explain. You peel off the backing paper, stick the whole decal onto the intended surface (in my case a side window on my SUV), then peel of the front plastic cover. What is left is a cut-out version of the crest, with only the crest itself -- no intermediate or connecting pieces! Feels substantial on the window.

Ordered this decal 3 times. First one that seller delivered was high quality die cut. So nice I ordered 2 more. Seller sent me 2 low quality stickers, not die cut. I contacted seller and he insisted that he never carried the high quality die-cut sticker, even though my purchase history proves that I did buy the high quality die cut from him. He should be more up front and tell everyone that he doesn’t carry the die-cut anymore.

This decal has a white backing which shows up behind the crest and is not suitable for window placement. Very disappointing.

Arrived quickly, was sent with a personalized note that showed the company and those who made it care about their product! Looks perfect on my car, love the way ONLY the decal stays on the window once applied, no awkward white or clear background! Just the decal!

This is the best type of decal to use if you are sincere about your interest. You place it where you want the decal itself to be and peel off the protective covering to a bright, attention getting decal.

This sticker is extremely easy to center and apply. Excellent quality. Expedient shipping and great packaging.
