This does what it promises

Too many pills per dose, no response, as of yet.
It may be too early to tell, as it may take another week or two to reach the recommended time to see results, but it’s painful taking 5 capsules twice a day. Not sure I will make it to a month.

Take the full dose
I have osteoarthritis of the knees bad. Took only half the dose saw a little difference after taking one bottle. Decided to take full dose with second bottle big improvement. Have just bought 2 more bottles. I am on list for operation for both knees, I have tried all kinds of vitamins and exercises nothing worked. Looks like I will be able to avoid the operations plan on keeping on taking Recovery not totally pain free yet but looks like it might be possible. Will inform you in another month. I find it a bit expensive, but I will cut out other vitamins that I had been taking with no results and save in that way.Update: Have been taking it for 5 months now and am doing much much better, was not able to get on or off of my horse (even with a stepup block) because you have to put all you weight on the left knee which is the worst one for me. I can now get on and off. I am now walking normally without limping and faster like I used to. I am not totally pain free yet but will write another review in a few months. To me this product is a miracle.

Natural, safe, and it works!
This product works great to treat my sternum inflammation and helps relieve pain from my ankles when dancing (I am a latin dancer). I am very much into natural remedies and against taking medicines and things that don’t need to be in my body. I carefully researched all the ingredients and compare with other products and I’m glad to say I wouldn’t switch as this seems to be the best in the market. I also worry about side effects and I’m happy to say this is totally safe, haven’t experienced any side effects at all (even after continuously using for two months), and most of all it’s simple to take! I’m a bush gal who’s always traveling and I find powders are difficult to take because you always have to worry about finding water etc. This is great because it is in pill form and so I can carry it everywhere. It has no taste, can take with it without food and won’t upset stomach. Highly recommended.

Subtle but powerful.
I bought these because of all of the excellent reviews on here and because I was heading into the dead of winter in December and looking to crank my marathon training to a new level. I work 60 hour weeks and through the winter was waking up at 4am to run at 5am and we peaked at 90KM weeks. I shaved 15 minutes off my November marathon time and combined with the Immune 7, I experienced not so much as a sniffle all winter. That's not even the best part. I used to have this thing where my lower back and hips would lock up if I stood around in one spot say in a line up or at a mall or at a cocktail party. I have not experienced that in months. It's either I experienced some miracle or this stuff works. The other thing is that, my recovery time after my long runs or speed work is quick which allows me to perform better in my next workout. Oh and I'm 50 and my running speed is getting back to where it was about 7 years ago. I just ordered 360 more....and I'll keep ordering them! Finally, I experienced no stomach aches or gut rot after taking them.

Wonderful product
I have always been impressed with this product and have used it for years. I would recommend this product.The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I do find them expensive. One thing that I should mention, for the people that decided this product didn't work. You have to give it time and let it build in your system. It doesn't work over night. I recently went off them for a while and I noticed such a big difference. I have three herniated discs and it certainly keeps some of the pain at bay.

Amazing!
Recovery is the answer to my prayers! As you get older, your body doesn't manufacture the components in your joints as efficiently as it used to. Recovery has those components. This product keeps me pain-free. At seventy-seven, I walk without support, a 3 km walk a day--sometimes further. If it's too cold, I run on my rebounder for a half hour (8 songs) or more. "If you don't use it, you lose it!"Love it!!
