This is the best hickory liquid smoke I have found!! No additives....just smoke flavor. .Many stores don't carry this brand.That's why I order it on line.

I’ve used this in my Ninja With the pressure cooker mode to add that smoky flavor to meats and it works really well! I’ve also used few drops when making tuna salad to add that smoky flavor and it really enhances the flavor. Highly recommended!

I bought this to use with a food dryer and the price was right. It's a very pleasant smell, and works nicely in recipes, but I would would warn to use it very sparingly because it can turn bitter quickly. It's very strong. On the good side, a lot of smokes have added sodium and it doesn't.

See what I did there with my title? LOL. I used this to add smoke flavor to a rice dish and it delivered! The size is huge and should last a long long time. It came sealed, no issues there. Also, a little goes a long way but I guess it depends on the dish and recipe.As for the taste, it tastes (when added into a dish of course) like smoke. LOL.

Ill try some homemade smoked hickory salt. Cant find coarse hickory for a reasonable price so making my own now.
