It is consistently good. My family loves it. I use it for many things. I like the thickness of it and the flowery taste.

This honey is the real deal. It's the best I've ever had, and I continue to stock up on it. I would prefer it to be in glass jars, of course, but I guess the need for unbreakable containers in shipping keeps the company using plastic instead. Nevertheless, THIS honey is FABULOUS. It tastes clean and wonderful, and it's so stiff and pure that I have become a real honey snob, finding every other honey to be lacking, in comparison with this. I've bought so many jars of this that I lost count, and I will continue buying this - I never want to be without it. (It also makes a great gift.)

I was disheartened when my local co-op discontinued this honey, but my spirits lifted when I discovered it on Amazon! The thick texture of this honey is a dream – easy to spoon out without creating a mess. And the flavor? Absolutely fantastic! This honey has become a pantry essential, and I'm grateful for its availability online.

I switched to using honey in my tea about 10 years ago and once I found YS honey this is the only brand I use, I have been buying it for years and this is high quality honey with a great consistent taste

I realy like the taste of the honey it is really good, but i am thinking twice about buying it again. When I got my package i was happy to just to open it to find that all 3 tubs of honey was broken all up. So know i have to buy more honey and i am thinking about going a different route. I spent about $70 something on it just for me to have to buy more because the jugs was all broken up. It is sad but the honey is good.
