actually quite nice and creamy and does a good job for an Urea cream. I ise it regularly to maintain heels and it aeems to be doing the job. if actually 60% ures it is fantastic, actual package does not state, but based on effect keep should be true

Slowly softens the skin on the feet. Has a baby powder scent which I found distracting. The cream absorbs well and moisturizes the skin. But I found that it can irritate the skin, too. When I apply it to my feet I noticed that skin on my fingers can feel irritated around the cuticles especially if I have any small abrasions or dry skin. I feel it is best to apply this cream with gloves. May not be the best if you have sensitive skin.

Product is a good product. Last order was for 8 pieces, but received only 7. Contacted seller - no response. Disappointed for sure. :(

I have very dry skin, especially in the winter, so I’m always on the lookout for good moisturizing creams. This 40% urea cream has a light, pleasant scent and a light feel. It smooths onto my skin easily and absorbs quickly with no oily residue. After using the cream, my skin looked and felt much less dry. The 1.76 ounce tube fits easily in my purse for quick applications throughout the day.

I love this cream! The scent is fresh and pleasant and the little scooper provided is very handy to avoid dipping fingers in and any contamination concerns. The scoop has a bowl shape to it that I use to measure the cream out for application and find that I can generally do each of my heels with one scoop. They are not in the best shape at all from using a file so, I was really excited to try urea cream as a better alternative. The cream is very smooth, spreads well when applying, and soaks right in to my skin without any residual greasiness. It is so easy to do this every day, just massage it in for a couple of minutes and fits easily into my daily routine. I was very surprised at how quickly my skin improved on my feet - after only a couple of days of use, they are soft and very close to not needing daily applications already. There is also a manufacture and expiration date which indicates 5 years. Given how much this has helped already, I am thinking this jar will last me a very long time. Overall 5/5 for me for efficacy, ease of use, scent, and value. Would buy again.

I am not familiar with Urea cream, but I decided to try this on my feet which are dry. I like that this comes in a squeeze bottle, and I like that it is not sticky. It feels good on my feet. I rub it in before bed and it does seem to moisturize them. It has a faint scent, nothing overpowering. I don't know if I really notice a large difference yet, as I still have dryness and a callus, but I am hopeful after using this for a period of time it will help.

This is a deep moisturizing cream for feet and hands, just what is needed during the dry winter months. The cream absorbs quickly into the skin, and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. I was a little concerned when I noticed the yellow specks in the cream, until I read the product description and learned that they were added to the cream on purpose. This cream does have a scent, a clean scent that reminds me of soap. For best results in keeping feet healthy and smooth, use in the morning and again at night. It does feel healing and nice when applying, it absorbs quickly and won't get socks or sheets greasy.

Not as moisturizing as the jar lotion. Won't purchase again.
