These look to be quite robust. I like the reversal oliguria, i.e. that they can be used on hard flooring, or carpet/rug. Avoid, stylish, substantial product and service from the supplier was excellent.

Bought these disks to some different exercises without having to leave the house. They slide really well on carpet and you learn how to control the movement the more you do it. Great bold pink colour a bit smaller then hands but doesn't cause much bother. Scratch easily but as expected when they're been dragged across the floor. Good size to shove in travel bag if staying in a hotel.

only started using them today. They don't slide at all, neither on the mat or on the carpet. what a waste of money! unable to send them back as the return window closed yesterday.

Excellent effective product I was looking for something to optimise my training these discs are so easy to use, used properly you certainly feel the effects of the workout with quick results. With the double side for whatever surface you use them on you can practically work out anywhere! Whether new to exercise or a regular gym bunny like myself they can fit into any exercise routine. Prompt delivery as well would recommend this product

Purchased for 80 day obsession. Ideal. Can’t use the dam things properly but hope to improve on that.

This item was such a great buy! I was so surprised at how good the quality was and being able to use them on my carpeted floor is so good! They work perfectly and such good value for the amount I spent.

i bought these gliding discs to advance my home work out and was really worth it! good discs and do the work as promised I used them in wooden floors but also on the carpet in my bedroom and really enjoyed my work out, i would recommend them. great delivery as well , as promised next day .

Quick postage! Use it for mountain climber, plank jack,plank knees pull up etc, brilliant work on wooden flooring but not carpet. My legs and butt aching from 15 minute work out. Quite intense workout but I love it and this is what I need! Especially storage it away anywhere even line up with books on shelf! 😁 Take it with me anywhere on travelling for away, make sure the flooring got smooth like marble, wooden & flat tiles without bump.

La parte realizadora muy bien pero la de plástico se ralla en seguida. Tengo un estudio de entrenamiento con parques y desde el minuto cero se ha rallado

Buen material y buen precio. Con los discos se puede hacer muchos ejercicios de trabajo funcionan. Sobre suelo de parquet se deslizan perfectamente.

Wieso kauft man sich sowas? vermutlich weil man auch mal auf Teppich trainieren will -... im ersten Moment scheinen die dafür super zu sein, rutschen toll. Allerdings hinterlassen sie auf hellen Teppichen blaue Streifen. Das macht die Teile im Prinzip nutzlos..

Un truño. No deslizan y además rascan el suelo del gimnasio. Además se ensucian y siempre están sucios en la bolsa.

Buen producto, muy útil para gran variedad de ejercicios de tonificacion muscular para las piernas, los glúteos y el abdomen.

Pensé que sería algo más grande.Deberían especificar el diámetro de los discos.Me cabe justo la mano en él.

Son muy sencillos y no resbalan en el suelo y si en la parte donde hay que poner los pies.
