I have the world's tiniest bathroom countertop, so have tried two other types of "mini-drawers" to be able to organize my makeup, skin care products, and hair accessories. The little pads that keep the bottom-most drawer from sliding around on granite/slippery surfaces work very well, and the drawers (I stacked 3 on each side of the sink) are small enough to not be in the way but large enough to hold several small items, including jars of skin creams/moisturizers. One star deducted for not being quite long enough for a full size (long, rectangle) eye shadow palette.

I bought this to organize items in my bathroom cupboard. It fits very nice and I was able to put tips in a drawer, cotton facial pads in a drawer, my husband razors in a drawer and so on. Very please with this and how sturdy it is and the drawers open and close with ease.

These are sturdy plastic stackable drawers for storage bathroom items. They are a thicker plastic and should hold up well. They have small rubber dots you attach to keep them from sliding. I would highly recommend.
