Poor quality assurance
Came out of the package with the fan put on backwards. It was trying to pull air through the fins and out the top, so naturally the heat sink got burning hot from stagnant air in the centerTook it off, flipped it over, got a much higher cooling efficiency with the fan pushing down throught the fins and out the side.The wire gauge is too small for handling the reccomended 8 amps of current at 12 volts. I'd need to up it to 14 or 15 for that but I don't want to damage it. I got to 5 amps
