From the box it was vary easy to put together, and work. When you're putting it together, you can see, and feel the quality of the bike. Very solid construction. My initial ride till now has been nothing short of pure fun, and injoyment. The bike has plenty of power to get my 230 lb ars everywhere on and off road. The shock system works very well, and it's nice that you can adjust the front. The bike is very easy to fold, and it's very easy to adjust for different size riders.I do wish it came with fenders. Fenders are somewhat hard to find for this bike. I found some Ecotric 26"fat tire fenders that look and function very well for the bike.Other then that, I'm so happy I bought this bike. It's comfortable and lots of fun to ride! Luv, luv, Luv this bike!

Overall, I have been impressed with this bike especially given the reasonable price. I’ve been using it for my 20 minute work commute in a city with a lot of hills. Very little assembly needed, it took me maybe 20 minutes to get it assembled and this was mostly removing the packaging. The manual was very basic so I relied mostly on the video and my own knowledge.Note, I would not recommend this bike if you plan on using it for public transportation. Although it is foldable, it is still fairly heavy and awkward to carry with one person when folded. It would be very difficult to bring onto a bus or train, but can easily fit in the trunk/back of a car.Pros:- Booster mode is a nice feature when you are walking with the bike next to you.- Very strong motor and fast especially on pedal assist 3- Separate buttons for horn and light which is nice. Some bikes the light button you have to use the LCD display to turn on which takes longer.Cons/Suggestions:- My biggest issue is you have to turn the battery on and leave the key in while driving. The keyhole is underneath the bike in the battery which means the key is dangling underneath while biking. This can cause it to get wet or possibly fall out.- Pedal assist does not automatically stop when you press the brakes (there is a short delay from when you stop pedaling to when it stops providing power)- Throttle is linked to the pedal assist. You have to have pedal assist turned on to use the throttle. The power of the throttle is then tied to what level of assist you’re on. This can be frustrating because sometimes it’s nice to only use the pedals with your own strength and then occasionally use throttle to help you.

The bike its self is fine. The battery charger that comes with the bike. When charging. Gets hot. To the point where I was concerned about it. My other e-bike. The charger for that bike has a cooling fan built into it. Never had any issues with that charger getting hot. Great bike. Needs a battery charger with a cooling fan built into it.

The media could not be loaded.  If you’re on the fence i hope this review helps you decide. Had this bike a few months now & couldn’t be happier! It is extremely comfortable with a great battery life. Has plenty of power for normal riding & over achieved when we pushed it on some backwoods trails & forest roads was able to tackle roots & large rocks yet remain in control. Only thing i can say against this bike is the brakes squeal a little more than I’d like but stop safely. GREAT value & fun bike !

I am very dissapointed, the description of this bike is inaccurate. The seat is too high, I cannot use the bike even lowing the seat, their measures are incorrect and its not fair that I try to purchase or change the seat specially when the bike cost me $700 dollars. I am trying to return it and the seller is not allowing me, they are telling me to give it to someone else, I paid the shipping fee to get the bike and now if I want to return it they are giving me the option to return it in California. Why If I received the product in Florida paying a shipping fee I have to return it in a different state? Be very careful when purchasing this bike. I am not very happy with Amazon allowing this sellers to sell their products and make it very hard for customers.
