Set well and thick tasty curd
I order this often enough to be able to provide a fair and honest opinion. Tastes like regular Dahi but fortified with more protein is what Amul claims. Essentially double the normal one as far as I know. It is thick and usually set well. In the days of protein deficient diets, it at least acts as a supplement to bridge the gap, but definitely add more protein to your diet to meet daily needs.
