This stuff really works! You just have to follow the directions and make sure you use hot water on a cloth and steam your pores open first. I bought the tool, the serum, and the little cotton pads. I let it sit on my skin for about 25 minutes, so much gunk came out of my face it was gross, but awesome.

This product is amazing! It works wonderfully in getting all the sebum. You can use any cotton pads, even paper towel will work. Although, make sure to wash your face and compress the area of interest with warm water for a minute. Then, compress with cotton pads soaked in the product. I waited for 15 minutes and started scraping. I used spoon since I don't want to buy their tool, and it works. When the area of interest dry out and you haven't get to scrape it, you can wet it again with the cotton pads you used to compress. After you finish, make sure to compress with ice or apply pore size reduction product to reduce your pore size back to normal or reduce it further. Totally would recommend this product!

It smells badly and I think for the purpose of it, the patches are better.

Works pretty well. You have to use quite a bit of product, which could mean having to buy it often. I saturate cut-up bits of paper towels and then peel the two sheets apart and place them over my nose/T-zone. Definitely works most effective when you leave it on for 10-15+ mins and then use the Ilso tool with it. Best results when done twice a week! Would buy again.

My first ever Amazon review so it must be good!! I took a long hot shower, held a warm washcloth over my face to steam the pores open. I used cotton pads and left it on for 20 minutes. The cleaning master worked better than expected and I was able to extract a surprisingly gross amount of sebum. It was super satisfying to wipe the scraper clean on a cotton pad. In retrospect, I recommend adding a cleansing oil or something to your face before scraping to help with slip and discourage too much irritation and tension which I felt I experienced on my skin. Worth the purchase if you feel you want a really good at home deep cleaning g extraction.

Ooo, it works quite well. It softens up the pores. After that use the pore strip and they come right off.

Item came with the seal on the box already opened and no lid under the cap like it shows in the instructions outside the box. It looks like someone tested it out before shipping.

you HAVE to let it sit and pair it with a scraper. pour it on a thin cotton pad (the bigger type used for face masks and things). Keep it on your nose /cheek area for at least 10-15 minutes. take the cotton pad off but don’t clean the serum off yet. use a scraper carefully and you’ll get all sorts of junk out of your pores✨ then rinse off any excess and continue with skin care as normal (don’t do any other kinds of exfoliation on the same day as this- only use this once every week or two).
