What A Nightmare
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Well i thought this product would work on my German engineered vehicle turns out I was wrong and its been an absolute nightmare trying to reach someone in China. I have a phone number to call but I can't seem to get through to anyone and the manufacturer launch just gave me an email address to their overseas division and no one has helped me and now im out 150 dollars and my car is broke down in the garage and again no one is trying to assist me so as a consumer im notnhappy with Amazon, AutoScope or Launch. Had i known it was going to be a nightmare to get some help i would've never wasted my time or money on this product. It.worked.for a short time and now its not helping me fix my car at.all....Faulty equipment id say and if they are willing to do this to me they are doing it to others too
