This thing works. It was recommended by my chiro and acupuncturist and it really help alleviate my neck pain and inprove my posture. Well made and quick delivery. Highly recommend.

Great product once you learn how to use it. Messes up paint and wood at the top of door though.

I love this item. I saw it at the chiropractor, & I decided to buy it. Once I get up in the morning, I feel my neck in pain. So, I use this traction. I put it on my closet door, then I stick my neck under the thin line & square. I repeat about 3x. I feel my sinuses open thru my mouth.

Bought the ‘heavy duty’ unit to decompress my neck. The third time I used it the rope snapped and put me on the ground in more pain than before. I was using no more than a 5-8 lbs of pressure.

It works but it's made with very flimsy rope. I've had mine for 3 months, and the rope is ready to break.** After leaving my comment, the company has since contacted me and issued a replacement made with a stronger rope, so that's cool on them.**

Update: After using this product 1-2 times each day for approximately a week, the rope busted and I fell to the floor. If I can get a replacement with thick, durable rope, I will happily give you all your stars back. I love using this thing but can’t afford to buy a new one every week. It really is a miracle worker for me.About Me: 1.5 years ago I was introduced to this type of neck stretcher/corrector at the chiropractor’s office. At first, I hated it. I was like “who in their right mind would want to do this?” It was part of my therapy though, so I did it anyway. After the 3rd or 4th time using it (during different visits), my neck started to pop/crack and it felt soooo good. All of your back pain starts in the neck. If your neck isn’t corrected first, the rest of you won’t feel good either.I had to stop seeing my chiropractor for financial reasons, and actually attempted to construct my own with rope and pads haha. 😆 It didn’t work so well. I guess I assumed it wasn’t a product I could purchase… and then I saw THIS.OMG, I purchased this bad boy so fast. I hadn’t been to the Chiropractor for several months and my neck was super stiff. I started off slow, and after a few days of stretching (switching between chin and forehead), my neck relaxed and I felt pops all the way down my neck. I can’t even express how good it felt to feel all that pressure release. I knew then that this product was going to be a game changer for me.I use it several times each day - pretty much anytime I feel like my neck is cramped, and now my check pops EVERY time I use it. I do have poor posture and the pain in my neck has been a huge problem. Not anymore!It’s good to start off by doing several reps for 10 seconds each before you add too much weight. It is very easy to use and releases tons of tension. The cushion parts are soft and durable, but the provided rope to hold it all together is thin and I’m not sure it will last long. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this product.

This device absolutely works but you need to know how to use it. It comes with instructions but if you don't have much experience or any at all with this type of device, I would ask a healthcare professional on some guidance if you're unsure. It does tell you to start off with 20% of your body weight. However, I would just start off real slow if you don't have someone to get advice on this or are a bit intimidated. This really does make a difference. You just need to gradually work yourself up to it. This device seems high quality and will last. It's fairly simple to set up. I used to work in physical therapy so I am familiar with this and know how to use them.
