Put them in a bowl of water
Slightly expensive but very easy to add to some dishes and saves chopping up onions.Very tasty on hot dogs or burgers, just put a handful in a bowl of water and leave for 10 minutes and they expand in size and soak up the water, partially dry them on a paper towel and eat :)

Fantastic onion mix when reconstituted
These onions reconstitute to make a nice mix for frying curries. Use oil and spices for a curry in a hurry without making a base gravy. They blend up beautifully with a rich flavour.

A good all-rounder for the spice cupboard
A good all-rounder for the spice cupboard, these chopped onions are great for just about any savoury dish. Kirkland have a great standard of quality and I love that I was able to buy this product in bulk packaging online rather than having to brave a trip to Costco.

Expensive
I have always used dried onion in a casserole and unfortunately am unable to buy it from the supermarket. Managed to get it via Amazon, but at a very expensive cost.
