First time using this product. I gargled after brushing. The directions says to gargle 30 seconds. While gargling not full 30 seconds while swishing you can fell the tingling coming on. After spitting it out you still fill the tingle. Fresh breath yes working ingredients yes!

This is a very potent and effective mouthwash. Love how my mouth feels after use. We’ll see after my next dental appt if it helps my dental health 🤞

This stuff is awesome! I felt my gum area was loose around one tooth. I panicked, researched, then bought all the stuff to up my oral game. I started oil pulling with Guru Nanda ( the one with vitamins in it), using WelDental xylitol mints (neutralizes Ph in mouth) & using this mouthwash.What an amazing difference.Now I know it says to only swish for 30 seconds. I swish for 5 minutes. This stuff is too expensive to spit right out 😂The bigger bottle is a way better deal, I’m about to purchase that size right now!

Non chemical mouth rinse with results. Leaves my mouth clean & tingling for about half hour after use. Highly highly recommended!
