This Kombrewery tea blend took it up to the next level, starting with the fresh and fragrant dry tea and the beautiful way it opens up to whole leaves in the water; to the flavorful unfermented sweet tea; to a delicious raw primary fermented kombucha and a second ferment where the flavor of the original tea is not lost among added flavors and the final kombucha is amazingly effervescent.
