Hyperkin HD Cable for Wii

I was worried this wasn't going to work with my pal wii after reading some of the reviews but it works great and the sound and video quality is very good.

This is a brilliantly simple way to improve the picture from your Wii. Those old cables that come with it look horrendous on modern TVs. Make sure you change the picture settings to output 480p to get the full benefit.

Nice simple hdmi solution. Had numerous video/audio issues with wii2hdmi devices including jail bars and crackly audio. None of these issues encountered on this device. Good for what you pay for.

I bought this for my wii so I could easily plug it into any new tv that only has hdmi inputs. It works great and instantly at maximum resolution.

The output quality is way better compared to most of the Wii2HDMI adapters (no diagonal/jail-cell lines, noise). The caveat is that this cable may not be fully compatible with some 4K smart TVs. Make sure your display supports a 480p HDMI 1.4 signal. In my case, the cable worked perfectly on a gaming monitor that had HDMI 1.4 ports, but had frequent disconnections (handshake issues) on a 2021 Sony Bravia TV with HDMI 2.1 ports (not ideal for action/racing games). I found a workaround by using a Denon AVR connected to the TV that is capable of HDMI switching/passthrough. Connecting the cable to that has worked perfectly without any signal degradation.

Lo compré en sustitución de un convertidor de cable de componentes a HDMI que producía una imagen intermitente en una pantalla 4K sin entradas de RCA ni componentes, haciendo obviamente imposible la utilización correcta de una consola Wii. Este cable funcionó perfectamente para mi. Y a pesar de que la resolución de la consola es 480i o 480p el cable cubre su función entregando audio y video constantes, con mucho mejor calidad que el convertidor mencionado y sin problemas. Claro, teniendo en cuenta el límite de resolución de la consola. Pero aún así la calidad de la imagen es bastante aceptable y puedo utilizar la consola sin problemas. La instalación es muy sencilla y rápida, en segundos. Recomendable.

Tenho uma tv 4k Samsung e estava muito triste pela qualidade do cabo original RCA. Com este cabo ficou perfeito, estou muito feliz com a aquisição. Comprei 2 adaptadores que não funcionaram.

Hallo,leider hat das Kabel nicht funktioniert, der Fernseher LG G2 konnte die daran angeschlossene Wii nicht finden und auch kein Bild ausgeben. (Habe es mit mehreren Fernsehern versucht)Deshalb geht das Kabel zurück.
