It’s really comfortable for clients, i love the color and the mat is spacious, it’s leak proof. I definitely recommend this mat and arm rest to anyone that works in beauty or crafting.

As a nail tech , it’s so hard finding purple anything (everything’s always in pink, black, white, etc.) so when i came across this armrest and mat i instantly purchased . ITS PERFECT! I love it and it’s good quality and easy to put together !

In the product listing images it clearly shows polishes on the armrest material being wiped off with ease. All that got onto mine was some clear coat and of course I needed to cleanse it before using it again or putting it away in storage and when I did the material no longer had the iridescent lustrious beautiful appearance that it had before my client got clear coat on it. I was devastated to say the least because this item had only been used a handful of times with care and caution. I then reached out explaining hoping that I could get some kind of assistance. I was told if I would send a picture that they would offer some help so that I might be able to use the item without it looking like an eyesore going forward. Considering the cost and that it was fairly new, I of course am open to the help and send a picture explaining what was on there and then was just ignored. They never responded with any tips to help me out and they certainly weren't willing to send just a replacement piece of fabric even or something where I could try to still use this product. Which makes me feel like I wasted my money and unfortunately will have to return it and get a refund. Naturally doing nails there will be things that are going to get on an armrest and there's a need to sanitize it as well. I certainly didn't think about this being a problem when I purchased it. Really sad that this didn't work out because I absolutely loved the appearance. Being ignored after I did what they asked me to do just seems unprofessional and rude. I'm not sure where these business ethics come off as something positive for potential customers to invest more money into this brand but it's certainly turned me away because this is not the first product issue that I've had with Saviland sadly. I wanted to love this brand and it's products. I have bought a substantial amount of their products at this point and due to the lack of customer service skills and courtesy, it makes me really just want to return everything from them as I do not look forward to if there is a future issue having to be treated with such disrespect and disregard. Shop wisely.
