I bought one and it came bent in half and broke from Amazon trying to fit it in the envelope. Amazon replaced it and the second one came bent for the same reason. I decided to keep and make it work for my daughter but the ink dried out in about 20 seconds. It’s only $11 bucks but i am disappointed

I got this pen for my niece because she wanted a harry potter type pen. It is ok quality and the ball that fits on the pen tip doesn't stay put. It writes well.

Whoever packed it put it in too small an envelope, so they bent it to fit. I sent it back and ordered another. The person who packed IT didn't care a whit and FOLDED IT IN HALF to make it fit the envelope. I'll just hit an arts and crafts store near me. I understand speed and quantity, but at the sacrifice of quality and return costs?

The pen is gorgeous and arrived as planned! Unfortunately, upon receipt, a piece of feather was broken and missing from the pen. I contacted the seller, who responded quickly and offered to replace the pen without me having to return the broken one. Very satisfied with their client service!
