The only vitamins I really enjoy taking. I was recommended to take these while pregnant when I was traveling on a plane to avoid catching something. I know with vitamins for immunity it is hard to tell if they are specifically working but I actually felt good while taking these on my trip and also didn't catch anything from the plane. Good product. Less expensive at your local pharmacy. If ordering, make sure you are buying bottle with 42 chewable tablets. Some unethical sellers are selling similar looking bottle with just 14 tablets & charging far too much.
