Fridja f1000 Professional Vertical Garment/Clothes Steamer Ideal For Suits and Delicate Materials Including Wedding Dresses - 2018 Updated Model (Baby Pink) [Energy Class A++]

I have used same model in a older version for 10 years. But it had broke down. So I have purchased a new one but 2020 model. Hope it last me another 10 years 😊❤. I wouldn't try other brand as bought before and used but wasn't as good as this brand. As I have worked in the apparel industry for 20 plus years.

It was great the first 2 times I used it. The third time after not using it for a few months as live overseas it was fine again but 24 hours later all the water flooded all over the floor. The cap is really flimsy and seal breaks. The manufacturer should provide extra caps or recall this product until they fix the caps as otherwise a great steamer. I am looking forward to getting matter resolved asap.Update. Customer service did get back to me and offered to send me 2 more caps. They were supposed to arrive earlier this week . Look forward to receiving.

Got this in baby pink as only colour left but it still looks good ,steams really well but beware water gathers in the bottom of the unit so may need to return. Shame as works well.

I wouldn't normally order anything in baby pink but as this colour was on offer....However, it is quite nice, converted maybe?... The unit is small, compact and looks good. The stand is conveniently telescopic. It seems quite sturdy and stable but haven't used it for any heavy suit jackets yet. I have used it for a midi dress and this reaches the floor on the stand so could do with a slightly taller stand.When I used it for the first time, it was very frustrating because 1. I wasn't used to steaming clothes and 2. It really didn't seem to work very well and took ages to produce steam. I gave up after one shirt.However, I left it on for two hours as suggested. Since going back to it, the unit has now been 'broken in' and it is now very easy and effective. Different fabrics worked well from delicate to thick cotton, even a very creased denim shirt. Some just needed a little more effort. I think once I get the hang of this, it will be fast.As the unit is mobile, this makes it more useable. The electrical cord is not very long however and not sure about safety of lifting unit up in order to reach top of curtains. Hose is thick but ok to use. Probably reaches to less than 6ft straight up.

Early days, the Fridja website shows that you get a metallic pad to put behind the collar to steam collars - there isn’t one in the box so not sure if the steamer will fulfil its purpose. It’s not producing a lot of steam yet despite leaving on for 2 hours and using distilled water - so far I am not convinced. I will try it again in the next few days

Have been searching for a pink and easy-to-store garment streamer for some time, and Coco certainly fulfils all my requirement! It's easy to assemble and easy to use! Now I can finally wear those beautiful dresses, thanks to Coco! There are a few videos on Fridja's website demonstrating how to steam different garment in different textiles, which makes steaming a breeze in the air - even for a first-time steamer like me!

Looks adorable but very flimsily made. Water leaked everywhere and I couldn't even manage to steam one shirt on the hanger - it was like doing a dance around a hot flame. Everytime I got myself into an angle that I thought might work, the plastic bits of the steamer would either scald or threaten to scald me. All in all, save your money and buy a Rowenta steamer iron (like a Rowenta DG). This was not a time-saving device (which is what a good steamer should do!).

Das Dampfbügeln funktioniert mit dem Gerät, auch der Aufbau des Gerätes ist ergonomisch gut durchdacht.Nachteiligt ist, dass der Wassertank schlecht abdichtet und gerne leckt. Durch die schlechte Abdichtung wird auch Staub in den Tank eingezogen.Das Gelenkt des Kleiderbügels ist leider auch nicht für die Ewigkeit konstruiert.
