I like the thinner and shorter needle for my wife's insulin. She does too.

These are a standard size and fit pre-filled pens. These are the thinnest needles, that I have seen, in stores and online. The covers are secure and sterile while the paper backing is in place. Once removed, the intention is that the pen needle be placed on the tip for use and then be discarded.

I shopped around and these were found to be the best price for the item. I will definitely buy them again.

Not sure why but these needles are harder to get off insulin pen after use. Just tougher than other brands I've used.

When I went to order my usual pen needles, I couldn't find what I normally use. I panicked a bit. After a great deal of looking, I "settled" for these. I am not disappointed! Makes for easy, comfortable shots. I really like the fact that I found 33 gauge size needles (the higher gauge #, the smaller the needle is in thickness). Seemingly more comfortable to use than my name brand needles!
