note Diphenhydramine has a shelf life, i think 2 years
These are so handy, i use to have to go to doctor or ER when stung by a bee. No more, also have used the critical ingredient Diphenhydramine for scorpion, ant, spider, man-o-wars, jellyfish, and sting ray hits on others and me with great success. Nice to see portable packets and have not used one yet. But read a review previously they noted worked on fire ants so presuming the Diphenhydramine did that. And as I note Diphenhydramine has a shelf life so replace it I believe every 2 years. I use to keep benadryl gel bottles in my cars, motorcycle , bicycle pouch which have now been replaced with these small packets. And what I love most is I have one in my wallet.

Great single-use diphenhydramine - works just like Benadryl gel
I buy medications (Ibuprofen, Benadryl, Pepto, Neosporin, etc) in small single dose packs, to keep in our cars' first aid kits, my purse, our kids' college dorm first aid kits, and my husband's travel toiletries bag. Because they're sealed and labeled there are fewer TSA airport hassles, and dorm room inspections are easier. I also like the individual packs for sports, where I can just give a bandaid and Neosporin to the injured person and there's no sharing tubes. For camping, it's much less weight to carry a few packets of meds over hauling around a full sized product. The smaller packets cost more per use than a big bottle or tube, but I find them worth the cost. This Anti-itch gel is another great example. Each packet contains one or two uses. I opened one today just to test it, and the diphenhydramine worked exactly like Benadryl gel on my husband's fire ant sting. I'd never found this product in stores and was happy to find it here on Amazon. I'll be buying more to stock our emergency kits!

Don’t live with an itch
This works better than the other stuff I was using. They were a frug store brand that got bought out and is not available now. Lucky for me because I found this.

Excellent!!
Works really well at relieving itch and helps mosquito bite bumps go away faster. I use it in combination with Rescue Essentials sting relief wipes. Great convenience for my first aid kit & holds up well being left in the car during hot or cold temperatures.
