I really like the triple threat- flashing LEDs, ultrasonic blast and the audible (loud) siren. The sensitivity can be a little tricky to set, but not only do they do well with direct motion (15-20 feet), but they also pick up motion from about a 30 degree angle! It's great having the solar charge, but even better having the option to plug them in with several cloudy days. I feel better about garden protection and I'll probably buy 2-4 more

This item does not work. It is a piece of junk and is going in the garbage, do not waste your money. I am trying everything to get rid of these geese as they are destroying my property but this is NOT the answer, trust me.

They will scare most animals but married ones stand in front of the flashing lights and noise and eat what you don’t want them to.

This has been an ordeal as it requires a tall ladder to intall near eaves on a 2 storeys or birds go around it. it constantly needs recharging even though it is solar? and again you need to go up and down a tall ladder to install and remove to recharge overnight. It's a good idea but ultimately it did not work well for our humminbird problem. Buy a ladder and fix the entry holes and attach spike strips near the problem area instead.

I bought this to try and control the pigeon population that seems to have taken over my backyard and pool and made it a “ destination “ for themselves, family and all their friends. The first couple days it seemed to work but quickly became a source to mock me and my feeble attempt at controlling a large pigeon population. It did scare many cats away and would probably work on other animals but not so well on intelligent pigeons.

This item works as advertised.
