Good product
The media could not be loaded. The product is very good...but the quality of pump is not at all good....I don't know why they are not working on dat part...this is 2nd time I purchased the product...I was hesitant to order it second time only coz of the pump quality....2nd time they have made the pump with lock system....but wats the use wen the pump works ineffectienty...

Not a good product
If a spray of tap cleaner falls on some other material/place, it is not getting wiped off and leaving the marks on the surface.
