Giovani 120" Reversible Sectional Sofa

This is my first time buying furniture on Amazon. Great, comfortable, and modern couch. I wish the color was lighter just because I like the lighter gray color, but it is still a fantastic couch. My children LOVE the low profile couch. They are constantly climbing on it (maybe not so great for the couch), but the couch seems pretty sturdy. Just a heads up, our couch was dropped off on the sidewalk, and my husband and I had to carry each sectional into the house. It was pretty heavy, but we did it. Warning for anyone who might have a hard time lifting 3-110lbs item, you may want to plan ahead for the delivery. I didn't really think about this when I ordered it and fortunately for me, I was able to get the sectionals into the house. It is free shipping so the company who delivers the couch will not place them inside your house.

It really looks great... until you seat on it.The length os the sit cushion is weird. You can either sit where you knees would meet the 90 degrees angles, but then you can't lay back because it's too far from your back, or you can try to go all the way to the end of the sofa to lay your back, but then you can't bend your knees.If you chose to crisscross in order to have your whole body on this, it will hurt your back at some point because the cushions are uncomfortable. And the one you seat on is no better. It absolutely did not pass the NAP test.If you need staging, of you have an office, absolutely for the price.If it is for your home and you're going to use it daily, highly NOT recommended.

The process and I mean the entire process was a nightmare. I was only shipped 2 out of the 3 sections for the sofa. Two of the pegs were broken and the sofa while it looks nice is smaller than anticipated. I don't think I would have purchased the sofa had I seen it person. It's not made for anyone over 6 feet as it sits really low to ground; the pillows are the only saving grace. If not for those pillows any one over 5'9 would be uncomfortable. The process to return a broken sectional with a missing section was an absolute nightmare. I was offered the option to keep the incomplete sofa at a discount(they were not joking) and again was told I had to wait until the sofa was their possession before my refund was even processed. This is NOT their typical method of operation as I have returned items and received an update that I would get a refund as soon I shipped it back.

The sectional itself is very contemporary and comfortable. It looks exactly like in the picture. However there was a small tear to the side of the sectional. The sectional moves easily on hardwood floor but we had bought some non slip pads from amazon for 10$ and it keeps the sectional put. I am giving it a four star because of the tear and the whole waiting time to receive the product with no proper communication

My only complaint is that one of the bottom stoppers was broken when I got it but honestly, it wasn't that big of a deal. I just slipped it under where it was supposed to be and it doesn't slip because of my rug. I'm obsessed with my new couch (obviously). It's pretty deep (I'm 5'5) and firm. It does loosen up after a while of sitting and laying down, but that's normal. The color is pretty dark so I brightened up a bit with colorful pillows. It looks so elegant and has made my living room my favorite room in my apartment. Don't hesitate! It's only 3 pieces. The hardest part in assembling is figuring out which direction to arrange the pieces.

I just received this sofa set and I am beyond happy about this item. I took a chance to purchase a sofa set online without testing its firmness, fabric etc. but have to say, the risk was worth it!!! It’s incredibly firm, classy and sophisticated. I scotch guarded it immediately because of the color to minimize stains but the white ROCKS!!! It also converts to different styles which is super cool and the width is so wide it’s like sitting on a twin bed. I can’t wait for family/friends to see it. Amazon, you had me waiting for this but it was worth the wait!!!

One of the three pieces had a rip in it when it came. Customer service sent out a new couch but forgot to send paperwork to have the old piece picked up. I spent an hour going back and forth with Amazon and the shipping company trying to make sure I wasn't charged for two. Amazon made it right in the end. This couch sits lower than I expected. The material used looks cheap. I probably would not have bought this had I seen it in person. I do like the modular style so I can move it around for Christmas. That's the best feature.
