A bit tight if you have wide feet

The fit on these as others have said is a little narrow. That said, i've put up with it, and with time, it has softened enough to become reasonably comfortable.I bought these to replace my trusty Mizuno Wave riders. These are more rigid, narrower as said, but sturdy, and willl hopefully last a while.

I bought these to replace my Merrels that had seen better days. I wanted a waterproof walking shoe that was comfortable to wear. I have had Salomon before so knew what to expect. These shoes fit the bill and am very happy with them. Would recommend.

Excellent walking shoes, but I made the mistake of not returning them for a half size larger, as they were too tight. I thought they would stretch, but no luck there. The advertising should carry an advisory to order half size bigger than normal size. I normally wear size 11 UK and should have ordered 11.5. They fit my friend perfectly, whose normal size is 10.5. Pity, as they are class walking shoes and extremely light and versatile

I ordered my normal size 7uk but found them too snug a fit. Sent the shoes back and received a pair of 7.5 uk with in 24 hours, absolutely fantastic customer service.

Fit was very tight over the top of my feet thus making them exceptionally uncomfortable for my correct shoe size.

The quality is there, but the fit is dreadful.I'm usually a size 8.5-9, so I ordered a 9.5. However, my toes still touched the end of the shoe, and they felt very tight around the upper.If you order these (as they are a good price), order a full size bigger than what you THINK you need. Mine should have been a size 10, maybe even 10.5.

Salomon bietet Schuhe von hoher Qualität, sehr viele mit Goretex-Ausstattung, so dass sie problemlos auch feuchte Witterung durchstehen. Der Tragekomfort ist bei den meisten Modellen sehr gut. Ein Problem stellt die Schuhgröße dar. Wie im Bild sichtbar sollen die dort abgebildeten Schuhe die gleiche Größe haben. Ich empfehle unbedingt eine Schuhgröße größer zu bestellen, da die angegebene Größe ganz überwiegend zu klein ausfällt. Wenn man dies beachtet, kann man an diesen Schuhen sehr viel Freude haben. Ortholite-Einlagen sorgen für einen guten Tragekomfort, die Schuhe sind leicht und belasten auch auf langen Wegen nicht bei insgesamt guter Haltbarkeit. Die Haltbarkeit hat allerdings bei zahlreichen Markenschuhen grundsätzlich etwas nachgelassen... Ein guter Schuh für den täglichen Einsatz
