I have been enjoying this massager. However, after only a few days use, the fabric cover has completely stretched out and lost any ability to stay on the massager head. How can I get a replacement, and is this an inherent problem and will it happen again? (The plain rubber is too grippy to place on your skin...you need the fabric cover.)

Reading the product page I was hoping for something that more closely mimics the kneading motion of a massage for when the traditional massage guns are too intense. This one is indeed tepid but has several design aspects that make it ineffective.The head itself covers a large surface area and when coupled with the significantly lighter handle it is nowhere near as fatiguing to use. However it also makes it difficult to target the set of muscle fibers and doesn't have the heft to help you apply pressure. In addition, at speed the orbital motion isn't noticable and instead it just feels like being intensely jiggled.The machine comes with three heads but between the relatively low density pad and the topography difference between them there isn't a noticable difference. Finally the cover for the head is a stretchy but not slick fabric so it's very difficult to move smoothly; impossible over clothing. I suspect neither the foam head or cover will hold up over time.Finally, though minor, it's not immediately obvious which of the two ridges the material should stretch around. Choose wrong and you have a big speed slingshot where the only good news is it's too soft to even break a vase.Overall if I needed to care for someone elderly, fragile, and or prone to crepe paper skin and bruising this might be the right tool. For post workout relief it's underwhelming.

Awesome product! Better than expected, I feared it would be too gentle but it feels great. Only gripe is that you have to hold it just right with the correct amount of pressure or it will stop spinning if you push too hard.

So, I have suffered from body aches and muscle pains since I have played football. To be honest I NEVER write reviews as i don't have the time to sit and actually write one. However, I felt the need to let my fellow amazon customers know my experience with this product. At first due to the price I was thinking " I hope this is worth it??!". I read about the different movements that this massager does and i was very curios how it felt. (also, it was not that many reviews so I was skeptical, but the design of it, and a few of the descriptions sounded pretty legit) I placed my ordered and it showed up in a few days. When I opened the box, it was super cool and I loved the design. I pulled it out the box and the good thing was it was charged! It came with 3 setting heads to provide a different feel. Putting the two "bump/prong" head on to give a knuckle kind of feel. I was surprised to see it spin/circular motion and not the up and down motion. I became skeptical as i was not sure if I would get the needed pressure as traditional massage guns. BOY was I wrong; the motion was great deep and I felt so good after it. Sometimes when I use traditional massage guns I can be sore after, however not this one! I felt refresh and energized! The weight is not too much and the handle design makes it really easy to hold, it’s pretty epic to be honest. The price was higher than I though, but it was worth it! I am planning on buying a few more for family members for XMAS! So, I would say a great purchase and a good product!! I can wait to see this thing all over the country and say I was one of the select few who tried it first!!!

What I liked about this product this the most is the design and build behind it feels like a $300 gun works like a $300 gun you will come across at a physical therapist office

Well, it's wayyyyy better than masaage gun (drilling) for sure the motion is the closest to what a vibracussor is and it's lighter on bony parts and joints, but of course few things that needs improvement:1: should be wired and have more vibration speeds2: when you press it hard on someone back or muscles in general the rotation motion stops..so it's vibing but nothing else3: the circle is sooooo big to a point no matter how much you press there's still be more room to press meaning big surface is not good and small surface is way better and control it better and pressing it on a small surface is way better as well cuz the force is narrowed to that small surface point rather than being so wide and losing force.4: too big to grab and handle5: it will make sounds after using it for a while for sureOther than that it's not a bad product you just need to know how to play around it's weaknesses.

I suffer from very tight leg muscles due to back issues. This is a gental but effective massage. Not like a percussion massager that really hurt. This is gentle but effective with three speeds.

I received the product in time great packaging I charge it you have to charge it before you try it out I use that it is a nice product but not strong at all if somebody want it for deep tissue or more power don't buy it this is gentle massager for women but after all it's good thank you
