I'd been using the same original Samsung battery with my phone since I got it, and it was running down a bit. I've had this new battery in my phone for a few days and it's a huge improvement on the old one - I would guess this is as good as the original battery when new.As a quick comparison to the old battery - I've just come out of work (5:30) and my phone hasn't been charged since I woke up at 7am. After a day of relatively light usage with data on, it's down to 70%. With the old battery, I'd probably be down to ~40% or less. Not a great comparison but it gives an indicator of the improvement.Overall I'd say it's a great battery, and if you're looking to replace an aging original battery this is a great option.

Ok - it's just a battery, but I have been caught out before with batteries that don't perform. Not the case with this battery.It came with 55% chargeand I topped it up to 100%. The next day I used the phone as usual. Same the following day. By day 3 I wondered when the phone would die, but it kept going until evening.What's so special. Well, the original battery that came with the phone when new would only last for one working day at best. Towards the end (after 4 years hard use and abuse) it needed charging twice per day and the phone died when the battery power was around 30%. On this battery, I have 2-3 days normal working day use and have seen the battery level at 1% before the phone shuts off.I delayed writing the review for a couple of weeks to see whether the performance would be repeated. It has.I highly recommend the battery and the seller, Sunvalleytek-UK, who delivered it very quickly - much quicker than indicated on the order.

Purchased this as my Galaxy S5 seemed to be slowly dying. Over the last month in particular, the phone would just turn off even though there was sufficient battery, other times the battery would go from almost full to down to 11% for no reason. Not in a position to buy a new phone, so thought a new battery might fix the issue - and so far so good! I listen to podcasts frequently so there's no chance my battery would even last half a day in the past. This RavPower one is great though - getting a good few more hours out of it. Have to say in the past I would have stuck to genuine batteries only but this has been a nice surprise.

(Samsung do not even seem to sell Note 4 batteries on their website anymore).Has phone, website and email contact information with the battery...Register on the Ravpower website with the Amazon order number and you get 2 years warranty...Given the Note 4 a new lease of life... No more shutting down at 40% or random freezing & rebooting...I like it...***Update... After about 18 months the battery started to swell, so I contacted Ravpower and they promptly replaced the battery with no quibbles at all.Very good customer service and great having a 2 year warranty on a phone battery.

This was a lifesaver. I bought a reconditioned Galaxy Note 4 from a none too reputable company and had nothing but trouble from it; going into endless reboot cycles, discharging etc. I missed the return window and was looking into legal action with the company. It never happened and i was stuck with a bricked phone. I was close to cutting my losses and getting the minimum Mazuma on the thing when I saw the reviews on this battery. At such a reasonable price it was worth a shot (although similar stories of similar problems had said that battery replacements had been no help). Anyway, Bingo, I have my phone back!! Clearly these guys at RAVPower have sorted something out which the Samsung Batteries themselves could not, so I would thoroughly recommend this.
